Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your account, all that we require is that you email our support team at hello@influencly.co and we will immediately cancel your account.
The service will continue to the end of the paid billing period but there will be no further charges.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the client onboarding setup that is required from our staff. We have a strictly No Refund Policy on all payments, unless within our 2 hour grace period.
In the case that the payment was a mistake, we offer a 2 hour grace period in which we can issue a refund.
